Motivation is a reason or rather reasons for acting or behaving in a particular way. There needs to be a reason….I learned.
As much as I love to live in a healthy space, my health & wellness matters; and it is my constant drive to do what I do best. I cannot comprise! Growing up knowing that my chances of getting a Type 2 diabetes is 95% due to genetics (my late father succumb his life to it), this is enough push for me to refuse the facts; although medically proven to be correct but I don’t take. I will fight until I am declared an overcomer.
This morning, my desire to stay healthy and of course my inner drive to prove otherwise, pushed me to wake up. I knew that I have not been working out for over a week now; but I never got discouraged because of that. I was determined to win today; and I did
This was my 2nd fasted run in a while; I just did it guys ! I feel so proud of myself because when I push myself to do something, the so called “not-so-nice” things to do when I was supposing to be relaxing and taking it easy, I worked out. The feeling is so great and my day is definitely complete because I feel good.
This is what motivation does to us

I am not sure about you, but let me tell you something…When you want to set the pace for the day…do what you like most and at the end, feel good about it! Just shame that voice that will tell you not to do it! Refuse …
